This site hosts no jail roster, booking photo, mugshot gallery, arrest report, or court file. It points to the offices and locators that maintain those materials. Ask the sheriff, jail, corrections department, clerk, or issuing agency to confirm custody or obtain a record. An arrest or booking photo records an accusation, not a conviction.
KRS 61.8746 addresses commercial publication of public booking or inmate photos when payment is required for removal. This site's no-gallery, no-paid-removal design reflects that rule. The statute does not erase every agency record, and only a court or responsible custodian can determine the effect of sealing or expungement.
